1.Eligibility and accounts
- You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
- You sign in through Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- You may use the Service only for your own, personal, non-commercial learning.
2.Licence to use the Service
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. This licence does not transfer any ownership in the Service or its content to you.
3.Fair play and acceptable use
The Service is a competitive practice platform. You agree not to:
- cheat, or gain an unfair advantage in duels, contests, ratings or leaderboards — including using bots, scripts, automation, multiple accounts, or outside help to answer questions;
- copy, scrape, harvest, republish or redistribute the questions, solutions or any other content on the Service;
- reverse-engineer, interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
- upload or transmit anything unlawful, harmful, abusive, or that infringes another person's rights;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation;
- use the Service in any way that breaks applicable law or these Terms.
We may monitor for abuse and, at our discretion, adjust or reset ratings, XP, ranks or results; remove content; and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
4.Your content and data
The attempts, answers and profile details you generate remain yours. By using the Service you grant us the licence needed to store, process and display that data so we can operate the Service (for example, to grade your work and show your standing on leaderboards). Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5.Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the questions and solutions we author or curate, is owned by BeastChemist or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Previous years’ examination questions and similar third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used for educational practice. Except for the limited licence above, no rights are granted to you.
6.Paid plans and purchases
Bladium’s core features are currently free. We may offer paid subscriptions or purchases in future. If you buy anything on the Service, the price shown at checkout applies, and billing, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7.Educational purpose — no guarantee of results
Bladium is a practice and self-assessment tool. It is not coaching, certification or professional advice, and it does not guarantee any particular examination score, rank or outcome. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any examination body, board or authority (including the NTA, JEE, NEET or any university). All exam names are used only to describe the practice content.
8.Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we may set or change limits on features. We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9.Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate or free of errors.
10.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeastChemist will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the Service in the three months before the claim.
11.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold BeastChemist harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
12.Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where we are required to by law. On termination, the licence granted to you ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
13.Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms.
14.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
